Applies To
Website Visitors
Website access is an ongoing effort.

A specific browser, device, assistive technology or third-party feature may behave differently. Contact the team when an online barrier prevents access to needed information.

01

Access Is Considered Throughout the Website

Navigation, headings, links, controls, forms, images and responsive layouts are reviewed with usability and accessibility in mind.

02

Improvement Continues Over Time

New pages, tools, media and third-party services may require additional testing, correction or alternative access arrangements.

03

Direct Assistance Is Available

Visitors may call, email or use the Contact page to request information in another reasonable format or report an accessibility concern.

Accessibility at a Glance

The Goal Is to Make Website Information Understandable, Operable and Available Through More Than One Path

No website works identically for every person, device or assistive technology. Roger’s Windows works to reduce barriers and provides direct contact options when a visitor cannot complete a task or obtain information online.

01

Accessibility Commitment

Roger’s Windows seeks to provide a website that can be used by a broad range of visitors, including people who navigate with a keyboard, screen reader, magnification software, voice input or other assistive technology.

Accessibility considerations are incorporated into page structure, content organization, visual presentation and interactive controls. The goal is practical access to service information, project examples, locations, contact details and website forms.

02

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. Website pages and components may be reviewed when they are created, updated or reported as difficult to use.

Improvements may include correcting headings, labels, focus order, keyboard behavior, contrast, alternative text, error messages, responsive layouts or other barriers identified through testing and visitor feedback.

03

Website Features That Support Access

The website is designed to support accessibility through features and practices such as:

  • Consistent page regions, navigation patterns and headings.
  • Semantic links, buttons, labels and form controls where technically appropriate.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators for interactive elements.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful website images when available.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
  • Text and controls designed to remain usable when browser zoom is increased.
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors whose device settings request less animation.
04

Keyboard Navigation and Focus

Primary navigation, links, buttons, forms and dialog controls are intended to be reachable and operable without requiring a mouse. A visible focus indicator helps show which interactive element is active.

Some browser, operating-system or assistive-technology combinations may handle focus differently. Report any control that cannot be reached, activated or exited using the keyboard.

05

Visual Presentation, Text and Color

The website uses headings, spacing, contrast and consistent typography to organize information. Important instructions and states should not depend on color alone when another visual or textual cue can reasonably be provided.

Visitors may use browser zoom, operating-system display settings or personal style tools. Extremely large text settings or custom styles may change the intended layout, but the content should remain available through the page whenever technically possible.

06

Images, Project Media and Visual Models

Meaningful photographs and illustrations should include descriptive text or surrounding context when the image communicates information not otherwise available on the page. Decorative images may be hidden from assistive technology.

Interactive three-dimensional models, comparison images or project galleries are supplemental visual tools. Visitors who cannot use a visual model may contact the team for a text explanation of the product, configuration or option being presented.

07

Forms, Instructions and Error Messages

Website forms are intended to provide labels, instructions and feedback that explain what information is requested. Required fields and validation errors should be identified in a way that can be understood without relying only on color.

When a form cannot be completed because of an accessibility barrier, visitors may submit the same request by email or telephone. Do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or unencrypted email.

08

Browsers and Assistive Technology

The website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers and operating systems. Assistive-technology behavior may vary depending on the browser, device, settings, extensions and software version being used.

Using an outdated browser, disabled scripting, aggressive content blocking or unsupported software may affect navigation, forms, media or authentication. Contact the team when a technical combination prevents access to needed information.

09

Third-Party Content and Services

Some website functions may rely on third-party services such as maps, embedded media, spam prevention, analytics, authentication, social networks or form-processing tools. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may not offer the same level of accessibility as the Roger’s Windows website.

When a third-party feature creates a barrier, Roger’s Windows will consider a reasonable alternative path for obtaining the related information or completing the requested communication when one is available.

10

Known and Potential Limitations

Despite ongoing efforts, a page or component may contain an accessibility issue. Potential limitations may include older project media, documents supplied by third parties, complex visual models, embedded services, incomplete image descriptions or a newly introduced component that has not yet been fully reviewed.

The absence of a listed limitation does not mean that no barrier exists. Reports that include the page address, the task attempted and the browser or assistive technology used are especially helpful for investigation.

11

Alternative Access to Information and Services

When website content or a digital feature is not accessible, Roger’s Windows may be able to provide the same essential information through email, telephone, an appointment or another reasonable communication method.

Alternative access may depend on the nature of the request, available records, security requirements and the information needed to identify a product or project. The team may ask clarifying questions so it can provide an appropriate response.

12

How to Report an Accessibility Barrier

Accessibility feedback may be submitted through the Contact page, by email or by calling either listed location. To help the team investigate, include as much of the following information as is comfortable and relevant:

  • The page address or name of the feature involved.
  • The task you were attempting to complete.
  • A description of the barrier or unexpected behavior.
  • The browser, device or assistive technology used, when relevant.
  • The preferred format or method for receiving the requested information.

The team will review the report and determine a reasonable next step. Response times may vary depending on the issue, the need for technical investigation and whether a third-party provider is involved.

13

Changes to This Accessibility Statement

This statement may be updated when the website, accessibility practices, testing methods, contact channels or relevant requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the version currently displayed.

Updates to this statement do not necessarily mean that every website component was reviewed on the same date. Accessibility work may occur incrementally as pages and features are developed or revised.
